High percentage - 65% - milk chocolate prepared from cocoa beans grown in the Philippines offers a range of intoxicating aromas. The cocoa trees from this plantation are said to have arrived from Mexico almost 500 years ago aboard Spanish ships.
This milk chocolate is very distinctive at the beginning of the tasting, but then gently slides into sweet floral aromas that magically transport you between two continents that complement each other.
Ingredients: cocoa beans and cocoa butter (min 65 %), sugar, milk powder.
Exceptional quality of ingredients: Stéphane Bonnat cares about the quality of its ingredients. The quality of the chocolate is based on the quality of the ingredients:
cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter without any added vegetable fats,
cane sugar instead of beet sugar.
It never uses soya lecithin, vanillin or artificial flavours. All products are 100% free of genetically modified organisms.
